Postage is a flat rate of £1.99 per order (not per item) for basic, or £3.99 for fast, and applies to all locations. Postage is via Royal Mail* using the appropriate service. Courier service is available as an extra option for £6.60 which gives 2 day delivery.
As a general rule we dispatch orders Sunday to Friday. Friday orders may be delayed for Sunday dispatch depending on the time the order is received and payment status. If you wish to check a likely dispatch time and hence delivery time then please call on our normal number. You will receive an email from us when the order is placed, and again when it is dispatched (if you do not receive these emails then please check your internet filter settings and spam folders). If you need an order by a definite day then please consider Courier service as Royal Mail delivery options are not guaranteed (this is a Royal Mail issue). Any order which is lost by Royal Mail cannot be deemed lost until the full Royal Mail wait time has expired. Once this has occurred we will arrange for replacement and insurance claims. All orders are dispatched to the address given at time of ordering. It is the responsibility of the customer to recover any order which are sent to an incorrect address supplied. At our discretion we may upgrade the postage method on orders (for free) when an order is high value, or contains end of line. You will be informed of any upgrades on your dispatch email.

Any returns must first be approved by us, any items returned without first obtaining return instructions from us will be returned to you at a cost to yourself if possible, otherwise they will be held for a reasonable period before being disposed of. Returns are accepted for items found to be damaged, broken, or not as advertised, and any situation required under UK law and distance selling regulations. |
